Effective 2026-09-0214-day initial purchase guarantee
Email ancientknowledgeclub@thesmios.com within 14 calendar days of your first purchase to request a full refund. Reading during this period does not remove the guarantee. We submit eligible refunds to Paddle for processing to the original payment method.
Effect of a refund
An approved full refund for the current subscription period ends access for that period and stops renewal. A partial refund does not automatically end access. Refunds relating to an older period are assessed separately. Mandatory rights still apply.
Faulty or unavailable service
Contact support when paid access is missing, materially defective or not as described. Available remedies depend on applicable law and may include correction, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund.
Billing errors
Report duplicate or incorrect charges with the account email, transaction date and Paddle transaction identifier. Never send a complete card number.
Refund route
Paddle handles transaction refunds as Merchant of Record. Ancient Knowledge Club supports the underlying product investigation and does not limit any direct statutory route you retain.
